The hotel was overall clean and had very polite and welcoming staff on second shift. The location turned out to be great and easy, just next door to lovely dining establishments and nice restaurants. Everything was simply spotless.

The hotel is in a great setting, close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like West Bend and Kettle Moraine. Additionally, it's only 3 miles away from Riverside Park, which is a popular tourist spot.

The room was great-sized with a jacuzzi and the staff outstandingly accommodating. The hotel was in a marvellous location so close to nearby entertainment options, West Bend for a funeral, and having to be at fair grounds at 7. Local fast food option Wendy's was 5 minutes walk away.

Immaculately clean and wonderful place with a marvellous location close to restaurants, overall we felt safe here. Location: the hotel was very close to fair grounds at 7 and movie theatre and stores. Spent our evenings in nearby Texas Roadhouse, especially when it was frosty outside.
